Our club leaders played a pivotal role in engaging all members through our ongoing flagship programs. The robust attendance at our weekly meetings has been particularly gratifying. Members actively contributed to club activities through various committees, and we extend our sincere appreciation to all past leaders, Board Members, Committee Chairs, and other members for their cooperation and support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Throughout the year, six committees and their subcommittees were instrumental in carrying out our activities. The Rotary Year 2023\/24 saw the successful completion of 48 regular weekly meetings, 12 Board meetings, one joint Board Meeting, and six Club Assemblies, all conducted according to our planned schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We made special efforts to ensure the effective administration of the club by preparing and sending meeting agendas in advance, inviting spouses and guests to our programs, and sending meeting reminders, all via paperless communication channels such as email, Viber, and SMS. Most members have joined My Rotary and many have engaged with the learning centres available on the platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A major highlight of the year was our fellowship program, which was a significant achievement alongside our strategic plan’s action items. Participation in district events and the RI convention was notably high among club members. We successfully welcomed six new members into the club and saw five members contribute to the Paul Harris Fellowship (PHF), with all members contributing to the Annual Fund (Every Rotarian Every Year).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
