Annual Report

It is our honour to present this report for the year 2022/23. This year we manage to accomplish most of our planned activities including a service activities and fellowship among the members. Apart from that, all our regular activities were smoothly carried out thanks to overwhelming participation and support from our club members. The club leaders took initiative of engaging all the members in our various on- going flagship programs. Seeing so many members attending our weekly meetings has been indeed gratifying. All the members were actively involved in club activities through various committees. Sincere appreciation to all past leaders of the club, Board Members, Committee Chairs and other members of the club for their cooperation and support.

All the activities were carried out through six committees and subcommittees involving majority of our members. During this Rotary Year 2022/23, our club managed to carry out a total of 48 regular weekly meetings, 12 Board meetings, a joint Board Meeting and six Club Assemblies as per predefined schedule.

Special efforts were made to ensure an effective and well-functioning of the club administration e.g. preparing and sending of meeting agenda in advance, inviting spouses & guests during the talk programs, sending reminders of the meetings, etc. – all through paperless media using email, viber and SMS. Almost all the members join My Rotary and most of the members were learning through learning centers in My Rotary.

Fellowship program was the major achievements along with fulfilling the plan of action as per the strategic plan of the club. The participation in the district events and RI convention was overwhelming by the members of the club. We were able to add 6 new members in the club and 5 members contribute for the PHF and all the members contribute for Annual fund (Every Rotarian Every Year) in the Rotary Year 2022/23.

This Rotary Year 2022/23 has been a busy but a challenging year. Nonetheless, by overcoming all the difficulties our club managed to achieve all its stipulated goals with several worthwhile project activities and memorable fellowship events.

20 guest speaker and 25-member speaker presented in the regular weekly meeting.
Birthday and anniversary were celebrated in every meeting.
